How do I know which therapist is the best fit for me?

Each of our therapists is unique in personality and expertly trained in their field of practice. Any of our providers can make recommendations as to which therapist is the best fit for you based on your needs, preferences, and schedule. Still not sure? Ask to schedule a 15 minute, complimentary, phone consultation with any of our therapists to see if working together is a good fit. We are committed to helping you find the right therapist - even if we need to refer you to someone else in the community. That’s our promise.

Do you take insurance?

Our providers are working to become credentialed with the most common insurance carriers in the area. Please check to see if one of our providers is in-network with your insurance company. If you are not able to bill your insurance, we’d be happy to discuss out-of-network billing options, cash payments, and reduced fees, or refer you to an in-network provider.

Can I still use my insurance if my therapist is out-of-network?

Yes. We provide clients who wish to bill out-of-network with a form to submit their own insurance claims. Clients are responsible for payment at each visit and reimbursed by their insurance provider, directly. Please check with your insurance company and ask how to submit your own claim prior to your first visit. We cannot guarantee whether your insurance company will cover out-of-network services. It is your responsibility to communicate with your insurance carrier as you are responsible for payment regardless of coverage.
